1. General Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed under the specific conditions outlined below. We do not process refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Excuses such as “I didn’t use it” or “I don’t need it anymore.”
- Failure to read the product or service description before purchase.
- Inability to understand or operate software/tools without attempting to contact support for assistance.

2. Refund Policy by Product/Service
2.1. Online Courses
- Refunds for online courses are available within 14 days of purchase.
- If a refund is issued, your account will be canceled, and access to all course content will be permanently removed.
- Refund requests made after the 14-day window will not be accepted.
2.2. Leadtime Activation Package
- This service is non-refundable once your application has been accepted and stock has been sent in.
- Refunds will not be issued for any reason after these conditions have been met.
2.3. Booking Calls
- Booking calls are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- If you miss a scheduled call, it can be rescheduled by contacting us at support@blockseven.info within 24 hours of the missed appointment.
2.4. Website Development Packages
- We guarantee that your online platform will achieve at least 10 sales within the first 30 trading days, provided the following conditions are met:
- You follow our guidance and strategies as outlined during the project.
- You provide accurate business information and comply with agreed timelines.
- If the platform does not achieve 10 sales within the stated timeframe under these conditions, you may request a refund.
- Refunds will not be granted if:
- The platform fails to generate sales due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.
- You do not actively promote or manage the platform as instructed.
2.5. Plugins
- Plugins are non-refundable once they have been sent to you and the associated email has been opened.
- Please ensure compatibility and confirm your requirements before purchasing plugins, as refunds will not be granted for reasons such as incorrect installation or lack of understanding.
3. Requesting a Refund

- Your order confirmation or invoice.
- A clear explanation of why you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the conditions outlined above.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed within 7-10 business days if approved.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate your concern by contacting our support team. All disputes will be reviewed thoroughly, and a resolution will be provided within 7 business days.
